Our service
We are a web based insurance intermediary and provide an online comparison service.
The Site obtains details of your insurance requirements by asking questions and displaying insurance options based upon your answers.
To do this we will
- ask questions based on the information required by the insurance companies and brokers for whom we are intermediary’s;
- collect and collate your answers to questions;
- send these details to insurance companies and insurance brokers;
- provide you with quotations received from insurance companies and insurance brokers (we may display a list that is arranged in order of the most competitive price, but we will where possible point out other features or benefits that you might wish to consider);
- provide you with an introduction to the insurance company or insurance broker who will
- telephone quotations are provided by one of our partners who will introduce themselves and be responsible to you for the service they offer.
We do not offer any advice or make recommendations so you will need to make your own decisions on which choice of insurance you select and how you wish to proceed.
You must answer all questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge. Your quotation will be based on the answers you give and if you do not tell the truth or if you mislead or omit important information then the premium may be wrong. This means that insurance companies might not pay a claim and you may also lose your premium. You might also have to pay compensation or be charged with fraud.
If you are in doubt about what to do, please phone the quotation helpline 0330 022 8038. Please note that this also applies to anyone else who will be covered under any policy. You must also answer questions about them honestly and to the best of your knowledge. You should check matters of fact with them to ensure accuracy.
We will retain your answers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will rerun them through our Site in advance of the anniversary of your quotation to enable us to issue a renewal reminder to you. You will be able to revise and /or amend your renewal quotation to reflect any changes that have occurred in the previous 12 months.

We would remind you that it is your responsibility to make sure your insurance broker and insurer have the correct information necessary to insure you on the right basis. You should not buy insurance without checking to make sure your details are correct. When you receive documents from your broker or insurer you should check again that the details are correct.
